How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, what you need help with, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, business name and message. We also use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages people read. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you use. It sets cookies in your browser to do that. We don't use it to identify you, and we don't run advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

The AI assistant

If you use the chat assistant on this site, your questions are sent to Cloudflare's Workers AI to write an answer. Cloudflare doesn't use them to train AI models, and neither Cloudflare nor we store them: the conversation disappears when you close the page. Answers are generated by AI from the information on this website and can be wrong, so please check anything important with us. Don't share personal or confidential details in the chat; use the contact form instead.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver that work. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell or share your details.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, we keep what we need to deliver and support the work for as long as we work together.

Services we use

Enquiries from the contact form are delivered to us by email through Mailgun, and a copy is sent to you. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com. The website itself is hosted by a web hosting provider. These services process your details only to provide their service to us.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@basecasetech.com.au.

Who we are
